On the front end of development Carion needed a new website and interactive database that would allow their customers to access their accounts and pay their bills online.
On the back end Clarion needed a robust piece of account and client management software that would allow them to save man hours by automating many of the time consuming processes that burdened their employees and prevented them effectively executing their jobs.

Pinnacle redesigned the site with the end user in mind creating a classy environment for users to visit, login and access their information and billing. This is turn proved reduce incoming calls to the company by 24%.
Pinnacle also developed a back end system that essentially runs the company; a webased application that does everything from mange policies, handles claims, allows them to add and remove coverage features, and automates the billing process. Clarion has boasted an increase in productivity by over 34%.
